Brian Hart > March 9, 2008 Almost Gone- Back into the 60s today, but I wanted to get at least one snowscape posted--since we only get snow once every three or four years. And since the snow melted by about noon yesterday, I had very little time to shoot...this is about all I got- Maybe in 2012 I can do better... This pic was taken about 9am, and the snow had already melted about halfway...by 11am, there was barely a trace left-

Brian Hart > October 9, 2008 Now that the voting is over...my 'DSS #9 Dusk or Dawn' entry...(There were 9 pages of entries, but well worth a look--some awesome images!) I was very honored to make it to the voting round, and congrats to Michael Atkins for his winning photo. This was a "straight out of camera" challenge (no editing)...so this isn't the exact shot I entered---this one was slightly sharpened and I boosted the contrast by +10.
